et je n'en suis pas peu fier, parce que cet encouragement est pour moi la reconnaissance de près de 20 ans de travail, de réflexion, de méditation, de doutes parfois et de partage aussi sur la peinture animalière. Merci à Sophie, Joseph, Arthur, Charlotte, Eve, Nathalie, Charles, Colette, Roland et Narhalie qui m'ont gentiment accompagné lors de la cérémonie au Grand Hôtel à Paris.

Il y a tant de compassion dans son regard mais je crois aussi une pointe de malice, non ?

j'ai eu envie de faire son portrait et du coup d'expérimenter la technique de "la pierre noire" (à droite) après l'avoir réaliser à la mine de plomb (à gauche) mais le résultat est bien plus intéressant à la pierre noire… à vos commentaires.

Harfang-des-neiges 

 

Harfang des neiges (Bulbo scandiacus), appelé ookpik par les Inuits.

Envergure d'en moyenne 1,70m. Depuis peu classé parmi les hiboux, rapace diurne.

Le milieu naturel du harfang est le Grand Nord :

Toundra arctique partie la plus septentrionale du Québec (réf : Wikipedia)
